Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is gentle manual therapy using light touch to improve the body's resiliency and reduce stimulation of the stress response system. Depending on the session goals, techniques focus on specific body regions (head, neck, low back) or in a full-body application. Treatments are typically 60 or 90 minutes long, with patients remaining clothed while lying on a massage table.
Clients often drift to sleep while others find their nervous system down-regulation challenging. Some clients can feel a lot going on during these treatments, and others may not. Each session is unique to the patient each time.

Massage Therapy (MT) treats human body disorders by manipulating soft tissue through the systematic external application of massage techniques. These techniques can range from soft and gentle up to deeper or sustained pressure. Professional massage therapy meets the patient where they are, assessing their current state and providing therapy congruent with the session goals.
Treatments are 30, 60, or 90 minutes long in a comfortable, safe space. Therapy sessions can be fully clothed. When traditional massage techniques are used, patients are encouraged to undress to their comfort level. Draping is performed with modesty and comfort for each patient.

Accessible Yoga (AY) brings the benefits of Yoga to anyone who has a mind and a body, regardless of fitness level, age, or flexibility. Our philosophy is that Yoga is simply breath and movement, it should be easy, and anyone can do it. Working with your specific needs, we create a plan to optimize how you function from the inside out.
Many of our clients have simple, very reachable goals. Perhaps you struggle to get up out of your chair or would like to climb your front steps without breathlessness. Maybe you want to reach up into your cupboard without shoulder pain. We can help you get there.
A typical yoga session could begin with the assistance of a chair or wall, depending on the client's needs. Pillows, bolsters, and props can be helpful to add support where needed. The goal is to get you moving, no matter where the starting line is.
