Massage Continuing Education Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do I need to take PTSD 1 before PTSD 2?

Yes. Completion of Bodywork for PTSD 1 is required before enrolling in PTSD 2.

 

  • Are your courses hands-on or lecture-based?

Courses integrate lecture, discussion, and supervised hands-on practice unless otherwise noted.

 

  • Are online courses eligible for CE credit?

All classes are NCBTMB-approved. 

  • Are your courses approved for continuing education credit?

Touch Education is an approved provider. Individual course approvals and provider numbers are listed on course detail pages.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Certificates of completion are issued after successful course participation and attendance verification.

 

  • Are your courses accepted in my state?

Licensing requirements vary by state. Participants are responsible for verifying CE acceptance with their state board.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Touch Education understands that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of course planning and instructional resources.

 

 

14+ Days Prior to Class

If cancellation occurs 14 days or more before the scheduled class:

• You may transfer to a future offering of the same course

• You may apply your registration fee as credit toward another course

• You may request a refund minus a convenience fee of up to 10% of the registration cost

 

 

Less Than 14 Days Prior to Class

If cancellation occurs fewer than 14 days before the class start date:

• You may transfer to the next scheduled offering of the same course

• You may apply your registration fee as credit toward another course

• A partial refund may be issued based on timing and administrative considerations

 

 

Within 24 Hours or No-Show

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of refund eligibility. Course credit may be offered at the discretion of Touch Education.

 

Course Cancellation by Touch Education

If Touch Education cancels a course:

• Participants will be notified promptly

• Every effort will be made to reschedule within 30 days

• A full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not feasible
