Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage Class - March 16, 2024  - 8 CE - $175

This class is all about mommy & baby(ies)! We discuss all four trimesters (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and postnatal - 4th) through the lens of massage therapy. Learn or review anatomy, physiology, pathology, and benefits of care. Hands-on time covers draping, side-lying, reclined, and semi-reclined positions using massage, mindful stretching, and breathwork. This one-day class will give you the knowledge, skills, and abilities to work with this population confidently. 

SUPPLIES FOR CLASS:

• pen/pencil

• pillows (3) or pillow system for prenatal massage

• 1 set of massage sheets
