Couple's Connection

Couples Connection: 3 hours slowed down to spend with your person in an activity with benefit and value. Learn from experts as they walk you through a journey to get in touch with the Self, the environment, and your human.

Discover a new way to relate through healthy touch with simple massage and stretching techniques. Pick up ways to help your human without hurting yourself. Breathe, bond, and relax to the max. Have fun!

This class is a fully clothed group setting, so wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. We will work with chairs and yoga mats so you can easily take what you learned home and practice.

Matthew and Nicole Howe of Touch Education are professional massage therapy educators with 24 years of experience. We'll foster a safe and welcoming space for you to engage, have fun, and connect as a couple.
