The 2-day workshop explores the Autonomic Nervous System's (ANS) role in trauma and recovery. Experience how bodywork supports increased client resiliency. The hands-on portion uses 12 manual therapy techniques to help change the stress response. Discussions include: becoming trauma-informed, creating safe & neutral treatment spaces, healthy touch, boundaries, and what you can do to help.
