Bodywork for PTSD focuses on the role touch plays in helping those surviving with PTSD.  Learn what PTSD is and how it presents through the lens of massage therapy. The conversation displays the full spectrum of trauma while supplementing any current skillset. Techniques integrate a nervous system focus with manual therapy touch. Students will engage in hands-on work centered around facilitating change and increasing interoception.  The mission is to improve communication through touch by translating stress into recovery.  Bodywork for PTSD is a powerful class in a time of great need.
